Asia Cup 2022: KL Rahul said- Virat Kohli not out of form, match against Pakistan…

KL Rahul said – wants to take revenge from Pakistan
Lost in T20 World Cup last year

New Delhi. Team India is busy preparing for the Asia Cup 2022. T20 tournament is starting from tomorrow. Earlier, vice-captain KL Rahul talked about the team’s preparations to the form of Virat Kohli. Rahul will play a T20 match for the first time after IPL 2022. The Indian team will take on Pakistan (IND vs PAK) on August 28 in their first match of the Asia Cup. Last year in Dubai, Pakistan defeated India by 10 wickets. Now after 10 months, both the teams are going to face-to-face once again on the same ground.

KL Rahul while talking to the media said, When I was at home due to injury for 2 months, I was watching Virat Kohli on TV. Never felt like he was out of form. He has not been able to achieve the standards he has set for himself. I am sure he still wants to win matches for the country. He has done the same thing throughout his career. Kohli scored a half-century against Pakistan in the World Cup last year.

not influenced by outsiders
KL Rahul said that we do not give much importance to outside comments about Kohli. It doesn’t really affect a player. Especially a world class player like Virat will not be affected by what people are saying from outside. He said that Kohli got a little break and during this time he must have worked on himself. It is known that he has not been able to score a century in international cricket for 3 years.

ENG vs SA: Ben Stokes scored his first Test century as captain, England got a lead of more than 200 runs

KL Rahul said about India and Pakistan match that we are always curious about this match. We don’t play against each other much. That’s why everyone waits for it. Last year we could not win. There will be a big chance for us to retaliate. We are looking forward to this match. He said that after the last T20 World Cup, the Indian team is playing with a new thinking and a new attitude. We will go ahead with the same thinking.
